Hi, I’m Dr. Helen, a GP based in Far North Queensland, with 15 years of experience in managing a broad spectrum of health conditions, particularly in rural settings. I have special interests in cancer care, menopause, and a passion for delivering personalised, holistic care throughout all stages of life.

As a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), I’m committed to providing comprehensive healthcare. I’m also pursuing a Fellowship at the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) to deepen my holistic approach into my practice and to better support your clients. 

My journey with personalised health has truly been a game-changer, both personally and professionally. Having the tools to tailor health strategies to each individual has removed so much of the trial and error that often comes with achieving meaningful results.
