I am a mum of 2 active boys, and an Australian Shepherd. We’re involved with many sports and this along with my personal training and health coaching business I’m active all day long.
I enjoy meeting people and helping them with their health goals, my aim in life is to help people live a healthier life for longer.
Working with clients through a combination of exercise, nutritional advice and behavioural change I have found this to be such a success.
I continue to learn daily on what is beneficial to our health, and am pleased to see a shift in my clients mentality that it’s not just about weight loss, it’s about feeling good.
Coming into the PHA community has aligned my goals with theirs and this makes this journey so much more possible.
I look forward to what is ahead with this brilliant space to help more people feel amazing each and everyday.
