Payment Policy
Payments are made for goods and/or services at the customer’s discretion.
Payments may be for:
- Live experiences including Retreats, Courses, Tours, Vacations, Seminars and other activities where the customer attends a location where a service is provided by ph360.
- Memberships to ph360 and Shae, including set duration special offers, monthly, annual and lifetime options.
- Tokens and bulk memberships including set duration special offers, monthly, annual, lifetime and packaged tokens.
- Coaching services booked through ph360.
Payment methods
Payment may be made for goods or services online via Clickbank, Paypal, Stripe or bank transfer (where negotiated). ph360 is not liable for any bank, transaction or conversion fees charged in addition to the service or product price at time of purchase.
By purchasing goods or services from ph360, you agree to the purchase price.
Recurring payments
Recurring payments will be made in regulation with the stated terms upon purchase.
Payment for Live Experiences
Places are strictly limited at live experiences to ensure true personalisation and maximum experience for the individual.
Retreats/Vacations/Tours
Full payment is required a minimum of 60 days prior to your chosen Retreat
Courses/Masterclasses
Full payment is required a minimum of 3 days prior to your chosen course.
Full payment is required before access to masterclasses content is permitted. .
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available however full payment for the live experience must be completed within the timeframes as stated above.
Payment plans incur a 5% processing fee in addition to the standard price of ph360 product or service.
Tokens or Bulk Membership
Full payment is required prior to release of your membership tokens.
Licenses & Subscriptions
Precision Health Assessment/Shae Licenses
Full Payments must be made in regulation with the stated amount and frequency terms upon purchase to maintain access.
Missed payments will result in loss of access to your portal and cancellation of client access to Shae, irrespective of the agreed terms between client and health professional.

Subscription Services: PHA On-Demand Education & Coaching Portal
Full Payments must be made in regulation with the stated amount and frequency terms upon purchase to maintain access. Missed payments will result in loss of access to educational content and coaching portal, including access to client records.

If you choose to no longer receive or utilize your service or product, the following options are available:

1. Cancel and Refund
Memberships
No cancellation fees.
No refunds are given for partially or fully used memberships.
Canceling your recurring payment membership results in denied access to your ph360/Shae account and deletion of your important health history data. You will no longer be eligible to receive future notifications regarding research advancements that may be applicable to improving your personal health circumstances or treatments for diseases you may be susceptible to. Please request to be fully informed of the health benefits before you cancel here. Please read the full privacy statement here for more information regarding your secure data.
To cancel or terminate your membership, please visit “My Account” in your app and follow the instructions to terminate or cancel your account.
To avoid being billed unnecessarily by a recurring payment, if you choose to cancel your membership, please do so before your next recurring payment is due.

If you purchased a full price annual or lifetime membership after March 14th 2019, we guarantee your health results. If you follow ph360/Shae recommendations for 30 days and your health has not improved, we will give you a full refund AND let you keep your membership.
*Requires a complete data set and proof of implementation. Specifically, you MUST:
- have fully completed Precision Health Assessment and “How are you feeling?” surveys, initially and at 30 days;
- prove that you followed ph360 daily food protocols AND lifestyle recommendations for 30 days.
Data provided must be honest and accurate, as per testifying under oath in a court of law.
Bulk Practitioner Memberships
*For ph360 health professionals that have purchased a bulk pack of annual memberships:
A 36 hour ‘cooling off’ period applies to initial purchase of a token pack. This is calculated from the time of purchase, on any unused ph360 token pack, where a 100% refund may be requested. Requests for refunds of unused token packs may be directed to [email protected] within the first 36 hours from purchase. The refund period then applies.
No refunds are available for a partially used membership pack.
Tokens are not permitted to be transferred to another coach or person but may be sold on to a personal client for use.
Licenses/Subscriptions
Precision Health Assessment/Shae Licenses
*For PHA health professionals that have purchased a license to utilize the precision health assessment, ph360 platform and Shae app with their clients.
A 36 hour ‘cooling off’ period applies to initial purchase of any license. This is calculated from the time of purchase, where a 100% refund may be requested. No refunds are available for months the license is active and not in use.
Account ‘freeze’ is available to activate twice in your payment year for a total of 4 weeks. This allows payments to go on hold whilst maintaining both health professional and client access to the ph360/shae app. NOTE: during this period you cannot onboard any new clients.
Licenses can be canceled any time and will end at the end of your current paid month. Access will still be provided up until this point. Upon cancellation, access to client records as well as client access to the ph360 platform and Shae app will be revoked. This is independent of any agreements between the health professional and client. PHA/ph360 will not be held responsible for any lost money due to the default of service or cancellation of access as a result of the health professional canceling their license.
Changes to subscription level i.e. upgrade/downgrade can be activated once per month.
Subscription Services: PHA On-Demand Education & Coaching Portal

No refunds are available for subscriptions to the on-demand education/coaching portal.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and access will remain until the end of the payment term.
Live Virtual & In-Person Experiences (Retreats, Courses, Tours, Vacations, Seminars, etc.)
Cancellation fees apply.
A full refund is available up to 60 days prior to the commencement date of the event, minus the cancellation fee of 10% of package cost.
A 50% partial refund is available between 60 and 30 days prior to the commencement date of the event, including the 10% cancellation fee.
No refunds are available for live events within 30 days of the commencement date of the event.
Reschedule or refund in case of immediate civil unrest or natural disaster is at the discretion of the company.
If a live experience is canceled by ph360, ph360 will refund in full, reschedule or transfer payment made for the canceled experience.
Please note if an in-person event is canceled, and an online/virtual alternative is offered, your ticket will be transferred to the online/virtual format at no additional charge; in this circumstance there will be no refunds for these tickets. You may request a credit towards another product or service to be redeemed within 12 months by contacting [email protected].
No refunds are given for travel costs to or from any in-person experiences. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your experience in case of any unexpected delays or cancellations.
Promotions or discounted events, special or VIP events/services, do not qualify for refunds, and will be non-refundable upon purchase.
On-Demand Education
Due to the nature of on-demand education there are no ‘cooling off’ periods or refunds available for any on-demand content ( masterclasses, series, or individual sessions) that sit outside of the subscription model terms and conditions previously outlined.
Coaching Services booked through ph360
No refunds. Cancellation fees apply. As coaches often have a waiting list for bookings, if you’re unable to make your appointment, we require 6 business hours notice, otherwise you will still be required to make payment for your consultation, forfeiting your coaching fees and your allocated session. This is so that your coach can offer your appointment to someone else that needs it while also being considerate of the coach’s time.
- Cancel your appointment within 6 business hours: full fee of consultation is charged and coaching session is forfeited.
- Cancel your appointment with more that 7 hours notice: Reschedule your coaching appointment with no penalty.
- No refunds are given on coaching sessions or packages.

2. Reschedule
Live experiences (Retreats, Courses, Tours, Vacations, Seminars, etc.)
Reschedule fees may apply. You are allowed 1 free date/venue change once in the reservation system if more than 60 days in advance of your reserved/secured live experience. Additional date/venue changes incur a 10% of the total package fee if made more than 60 days prior to the commencement date of the live experience.
A rescheduling fee of 25% will be incurred for date/venue changes made between 30-60 days prior to the commencement date of the live experience.
Date/venue changes are not permitted less than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the live experience.
3. Transfer
Memberships
No transfers are available for Membership fees.
Licenses/Subscriptions
No transfers are available for any licenses or subscriptions.
On-Demand Content
No transfers are available for any on-demand content ( masterclasses, series, or individual sessions) that sit outside of the subscription model terms and conditions previously outlined.
Live experiences (Retreats, Tours, Vacations, Seminars, etc.)
A customer may request to transfer the full payment made for a service to apply to a different service or product offered by ph360 adhering to the following guidelines:
Please note: Transfers are not applicable to same service or product on different dates or at different locations. This is considered a reschedule. Please see Reschedule policy for more.
Transfer to a different service or product may take place with a 25% administration fee between 60 and 7 days prior to the commencement date of the live experience.
Transfer to a different service or product may take place without any fees a minimum of 60 days prior to the commencement date of the live experience.
Live experiences (Courses)
PHA Level 1-4
As PHA courses contain a blend of both self-paced and live education, it is important that any changes to course attendance are provided to us well in advance. For those looking to transfer to a different course intake, we allow 1x free course transfer for requests made more than 30 days out from your course start date. Inside 30 days of course start date, course attendees can transfer to a different intake for a fee of $49USD. Please email [email protected] with regards to any course transfer requests.
The Professional Series (Pro Series)
As the Pro Series is our annual live event, it is important that any changes to course attendance are provided to us 42 days in advance as catering, venues and other important event logistics are considered in your ticket fee.
As this is a one-time annual event, the only transfer option available would be the following years’ event. If you would like to transfer your ticket to the following years’ event, requests must be received more than 42 days prior to the course start date. Any requests received inside 42 days prior to start date will incur a 50% transfer fee (50% of the purchased ticket price) to transfer to the next event. The Personalized Medicine Professional Development Series (PMPD)
There are no transfers available for the Personalized Medicine Professional Development course (PMPD Series)
All refunds, transfers, and reimbursements are made at the discretion of ph360.
