The coaching course has expanded my toolbox to improve client performance, overall health, my communication styles, and even business skills.
PHA has taught me so many valuable things including why and how people are different plus how to coach and communicate with people more effectively. I can’t recommend it enough.
Making a tiny change in their diet, or even taking a trip to a different climate would see some clients get results whilst others would not. All answers as to why that is are found through the PHA program.
PHA Level 1 course changed my perspective towards what a healthy lifestyle is supposed to be. I am more aware of my clients' needs. With precision health, I am able to create an even more sustainable program for both my client's physical & mental wellbeing.
I loved this education and would recommend to anyone who is interested in making a real difference when looking to affect real change as a health coach.
